Morning Routine 🌞
How do your mornings usually look like? Curious if you have some sacred routines or if you get at it straight away.
I am a little obsessed with morning routines. When I discovered the power of waking up early (earlier), it opened up a whole new world for me! These were some of the benefits I experienced:
🌞 Feeling proud for overcoming the first 'obstacle'
🌞 The feeling of being ahead
🌞 No rushing
🌞 Taking time for personal practice (meditation/ journalling/ yoga/ reiki etc), without many distractions yet.

So this is how most of my mornings look like:
  • Waking up at 6am
  • 1 hour of mediation
  • Yoga/ stretch/ slow movement
  • Breakfast
  • Coffee & writing
  • Get to work! πŸ”₯
