How do your mornings usually look like? Curious if you have some sacred routines or if you get at it straight away.
I am a little obsessed with morning routines. When I discovered the power of waking up early (earlier), it opened up a whole new world for me! These were some of the benefits I experienced:
π Feeling proud for overcoming the first 'obstacle'
π The feeling of being ahead
π No rushing
π Taking time for personal practice (meditation/ journalling/ yoga/ reiki etc), without many distractions yet.

So this is how most of my mornings look like:
- Waking up at 6am
- 1 hour of mediation
- Yoga/ stretch/ slow movement
- Breakfast
- Coffee & writing
- Get to work! π₯
