7 contributions to Neuropsyche Network
Explore Your Mind: New PDFs and Guidebook Preview
WOW! Thank you for your patience as we continue to work with the state to amend some of our programs to stay compliant with Colorado's Natural Medicine Act. As always, we have been a coaching program first and foremost, sharing what we have learned over the last two decades in corporate, entrepreneurial, and private education. We are excited to now launch the Neuropsyche Programs! The name reflects our dual focus on the nervous system, specifically the brain (neuro), and the human mind (psyche). We are dedicated to exploring and understanding these vital aspects of our being to promote holistic mental wellness. We remain committed to educating people about alternative approaches to mental health with a balanced and responsible perspective. Over the years, we have witnessed the profound impact that tools, techniques, and alternative therapies (such as psilocybin) can have on individuals, and the results have been incredibly rewarding. The most intriguing aspect is the ongoing research into safe and effective ways to demystify the magic within these mushrooms. When used according to your brain type, a protocol including specific diet, movement, breath, supplements, and mindful practices can be tailored to help you improve, expand, and heal your mind without dependency. Next month, we will have much of this available including group sessions included in your member tier to ensure that a month of integration and pauses in your use of mushrooms can be maintained while still experiencing higher states of consciousness. These are the steps to ensure responsible use and accurate thinking, preventing a repeat of the last fifty years' issues. In the upcoming six weeks, we are honored to partner with world leaders in brain health to help more people understand the responsibilities and benefits of using mushrooms safely. Our mission is to continue educating on the importance of protocols and proper use to avoid the pitfalls of the past fifty years, where dependency on prescriptions and lack of comprehensive wellness approaches have prevailed.

Share - Week 2 check in
Hello, I have just finished week 2, aka day 4 of the Staments Protocol, after establishing my dose via gummies last week. I wouldn't say I am in a sweet spot, I am not sure I am noticing much of a cognitive enhancement or benefit. I can say that I am not trippy and i don't feel like i am on anything. Has anyone else upped their dosage in week 3 re-calibration? I am interested to hear how that went. I am working on launching a business and am really hoping to find the extra focus, drive and motivation (that's my intention here - to easily say no to distraction as I easily build up my digital marketing agency). A friend mentioned microdosing as an alternative to the adhd medication i was considering, after I learned I have been struggling to manage undiagnosed and untreated adhd, just thought everything was supposed to be that hard of a struggle. Not sure if I should be noticing a sweet spot, where i find more ease with undefined work tasks yet, or if that comes later? Anyone here in the same boat? All kind comments are welcome, thanks! ps. May be helpful to note, during the protocol I have been drinking the same amount of coffee, 1 cup, in the morning and usually have a glass or wine or 2 with dinner. Since my relationship with coffee and wine are stable, and since that is not part of the intention of this protocol, I chose to continue both.

Great share. I can totally relate as sounds like we are on similar paths and timeline with our calibrations and finding our sweet spots. I began with .25, and after 4 doses, feeling my sweet spot around 1 to 1.5 Grams. Been on gummies, now going to move to capsules to experiment. I def feel the difference and notice that I'm smiling a lot more this week. ๐Ÿ˜

@Sarah Cherney oh no. Was my calibration week this week. Started with .25 of 1 gummy. Then finished with 1 gummy. Thinking my sweet spot will be 1 gummy.
Can you laugh today?
I want to share with you the incredible power of laughter and how it can significantly benefit your brain, emotions, and overall spiritual outlook. Many health experts emphasize the profound impact that laughter can have on our mental and emotional well-being. The Science Behind Laughter Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the bodyโ€™s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can temporarily relieve pain. This is why somthimes it feels helpful to laugh at ourselves or the reason we may say, "It's funny because it is true." Additionally, laughter reduces stress hormones, increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, and improves resistance to disease. Laughter and the Brain Laughter increases the activity in the prefrontal cortex, which is associated with higher cognitive functions like decision-making and social interactions. This increased activity can help combat depression and improve overall mood. Studies have shown that laughter therapy can significantly reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Emotional and Spiritual Benefits Laughter helps you stay grounded, focused, and alert. It fosters emotional connections and can shift your perspective, making difficult situations more manageable. Spiritually, laughter can be a form of release, helping you to let go of negative emotions and embrace a more positive outlook on life. Rediscovering the Joy of Laughter Many view depression as a loss of motivation or desire for once-felt positive emotions. The basal ganglia, a region in the brain, is somewhat responsible for motivation. When this area is underactive, it can lead to feelings of low motivation and depression. Some of us may have lost the motivation to laugh, but remember, a smile can change the world, and it can also change your life. Start by finding joy in the small things, sharing moments of laughter with friends and family, or even watching a funny movie. Today, I wish you many smiles and moments of laughter. Letโ€™s embrace the healing power of laughter together and make it a part of our daily routine.

Today Will Be A Great Day! (Your First Awakening Thought Tomorrow)
Today, let's explore the incredible power of auto regulation, focusing on your autonomic nervous system and its impact on your thoughts and emotions. You may have experienced automatic negative thoughts (ANTs) that line up one after another, leading you in undesired directions. These experiences are closely linked to how your brain functions, particularly the amount of activity and blood flow to specific areas. Many of you have felt levels of bliss or relaxation during your microdosing or mindfulness exercises. This demonstrates how these practices can positively influence your brain activity. The power of microdosing should always be paired with a mindfulness routine to maximize its benefits. The number one exercise to improve your brain for any level of healing, reduce negative stress responses, anxiety, or negative thoughts is meditation. If you can improve your brain systems, you can change your life. This Myndset short is a perfect example of not denying your current reality but integrating appropriate steps for a microdosing protocol to take full effect. When your brain has healthy activity, you will start to experience healthier thoughts. Make this month the month you commit to adding meditation or breathwork concentration to your routine. Start training your first thought upon awakening with a powerful message: "Today will be a great day." Cultivate a mind of gratitude by writing out what you are grateful for, and then take 10 minutes to train your brain with any concentration meditation. Start by following your breath and letting automatic thoughts arise and drift away like clouds in the sky. Simply be present without trying to eliminate thoughts. This exercise is meant to help you concentrate and not follow your thoughts, allowing you to find moments of calm and a peaceful mind. Let's make this a month of transformation and growth together.
