How to set up my community properly? Plz

Hey fam, I am at a cross roads I know my knowledge on my industry is extremely valuable My cross roads are as follows… A) I can make my community for business owners and entrepreneurs and spread my knowledge for their benefit OR B) I can make my community for referral partners & aspiring brokers the teach them how to build a successful brokerage like I have within the industry. Not sure which direction to go. They both have their benefits.. A - will get us leads and attract business owners / clients B - will get us leads through teaching affiliates how to make money in our industry and do what we do SO…

Still have no idea what my group should be about. I think of my interests or things I’m good at, but there are already groups about that🤦🏽

My group isn’t making traction at all, not a single organic follower and the group is free, so I’m losing money each month and I’m doubting that it will ever be worth keeping open.
