What keeps you coming back to skool? 🫶
It's been a whirlwind week for me. Had many highs and many lows. But I am still here. Working. I've been clocking hours upon hours on skool. Some days I've questioned if it's all worth it. But the support and people here have kept me coming back. What keeps you coming back? And if you aren't feeling the best today, drop a comment I want to support you!

My group isn’t making traction at all, not a single organic follower and the group is free, so I’m losing money each month and I’m thinking it’s not worth it.

@Ryan Duncan How do I go about canceling my group so that I am not being billed any longer?
Flunking Skool
My group isn’t making traction at all, not a single organic follower and the group is free, so I’m losing money each month and I’m doubting that it will ever be worth keeping open.

@Heather Blake that’s understandable given that you’re not a dad given that you’re a woman.

Poll for Demographics
I’m trying to determine the demographics of users on Skool, and how it skews. If you’d take a second and let me know if you’re a father or not. Thanks.

A Forum For Dads
I started a group for dads to share their experiences and advice with other dads. So far it's free, and the only people to sign up have been friends of mine. There has been no organic sign-ups at all. Is there any way to determine what the demographics are of who uses this platform? Is it mostly young people who aren't married? Etc., etc.

@Jade Jemma I tried posting on a Facebook page dedicated to dads helping dads and it was declined by the moderators. I posted it on my own personal Facebook page and to little effect. It’s curious to me that other commenters are saying that their groups are attracting organic growth on Skool, so maybe the lack of interest is due to the group itself, maybe the demographics of the users on Skool are so young that it’s not conducive to such a group as mine.

@Ritika Ranjan I tried that on a Facebook page and my post was declined by the moderators.
Profit share model
I think Skool should move to a profit-share model, instead of a flat rate monthly fee model. With a profit-share, Skool would be incentivized to promote communities, organically, and the incentives of those who create communities and Skool would then be aligned. As it is now, Skool isn’t motivated to promote any given group, except to keep people who are losing money every month from quitting.
