What are you doing to reduce client churn?
We like to talk about acquiring new customers but the name of the game in this business is retention and expansion. What are you doing to reduce churn? For us, we're adding more client services managers to manage the relationship. They also serve as a helpful checks and balances to make sure that the trains are actually running on time. This prevents frontline workers from sandbagging their work and holds them accountable.

Great timing for this prompt with the current economic climate. Right now we are creating a workbook of sorts, detailing for each client what their north star goal is and associating revenue value to organic search conversions. Essentially, doubling-down on showing value and where we cannot clearly answer this for any client, we add a call to their calendar to specifically talk about their pipeline. Its easy as SEO professionals to get tunnel vision on that single marketing channel, however it is more beneficial to your clients if you act as a an overall growth partner as well.
How have you actually used AI in your business?
Either for yourselves or for clients. For example, we have transcribe job interviews and have chatGPT summarize so we can store them in our applicant tracking system to make it easier for others to follow.

Using ChatGPT to write specific sections of seo blog articles. Need to be careful about plagiarism but if you practice how to ask the bot to write creatively, you can get away with minimal editing.

Also use KW Insights AI tool to help cluster keywords for a strong SEO calendar as well right now - loving it so far. Might publish a how-to post on Linkedin soon

Not the same as crypto PR, but I've worked on a few NFT branding and SEO projects within the last year. Can't say there is too much demand right now however.

Office setup looks great! Loving the bright light and comfort feel. FYI, not sure if it is because I'm in US, but when copy/paste your site domain I get blocked by a privacy notice.
Anyone fully run all agency operations on ClickUp?
We just got ClickUp after bouncing from Asana to Airtable (purely client-facing projects) and now realize CilckUp could solve all our problems for tracking internal commitments and client projects. Would love to learn how others have implemented and set up ClickUp to run an agency business and client projects. Or any resources you'd recommend? Did a Google search but most of what I found was generic stuff.

I have been using Clickup to manage all client work, going on 2 years now. Very robust product and overall I do enjoy it. Compared to other project management tools, it really holds its weight in customization. I would highly recommend you use the app instead of the desktop version as there is a significant speed difference, which when you're managing 10+ clients per strategist, it can get bogged down quickly.
