Testimony ~ 72 Hour Water Fast
After 72 hours of a self induced water fast (I got a migraine on Wednesday and couldn’t keep food down), I surrendered to the call of my body. After breaking my fast I feel incredibly grateful, abundant and I’m actually excited for the new me. I FEEL anew, but also grounded in Body. Mind. Spirit. I struggled with a headache and nausea day two and constant saliva production. As soon as 48 hours clicked over it disappeared like magic. That confirmed “my body is healing.” I had a fundamental shift spiritually. Shifting from old energies to new. I needed to cocoon for the first 48 hours, so I honoured that. Once day 3 hit I began to feel more anew, excited to see what unfolds in this future me. My energy was surging. I stayed in bed longer, but still woke up with the sun. What made me get out of bed despite my grogginess was my body said “move on your yoga mat” once I released some facia and stretched my energy increased. I walked on beach and swam in the cold ocean. My body was craving the cold. It was pure delight. The rest of the day easily unfolded. Flowed even! My first break fast meal was simple and delightful. The cooking was ceremonial. I took a moment to appreciate my breaking fast meal. I said a prayer of thanks. Ended the day with a sunset walk. Things feel right and powerful. I feel embodied & whole. There’s so much potential in this space. There is so much more expansion. With emptiness comes power and new energy 💫 P.S. I’m so appreciative of this supportive community. I only found Cate’s work a month ago (via Witches Cancer Journal) and all the Primal habits and ways of living deeply resonates. I didn’t have to change too much about my lifestyle and making small adjustments to increase my wellness (in particular IF - absolute game changer. With a predominantly Vatta constitution I’m relieved I don’t ‘have to’ eat 3 meals a day!). So grateful for your work @Cate Stillman & team!

@Brenda Green I’m also undergoing some big spiritual shifts and even some spiritual surgery. There’s a lots happening in conjunction with the aftermath of The Fast. I feel my body is still healing and feeling ‘slow’ and a bit fatigued as such (that being said I am diagnosed with colon cancer, so my body is very ‘busy’). I’m finding I get hungrier easier. Still practicing IF post 72 Hour fast. I appreciate the support

Liver Cleanse: Tart Cherry Extract / Juice
What is the dosage of Tart Cherry Extract (not powder) for the Liver Cleanse? It is supposed to be taken like the cranberry juice mentioned in Andreas Mortiz book - serval times a day? Appreciate the help!

I have another question: If I happen to run out of the tart Cherry juice before the 7 days finishes can I switch to Apple Juice / maltic acid ?
My testimony 💜
This has been such an amazing experience with so many first’s. First FMD, first liver flush, first time really tracking calories, first time truly synchronizing with the sun consistently, first sauerkraut (turned out super yummy!) making on my own, first sprouting, first time putting it all together and being consistent for a week. Since starting the detox, my body released 7 pounds. I see that this is just the beginning and my body wants to keep going. I’d like to release 13 more pounds of fat and build muscle. Results: ✔️ brain fog gone ✔️ depression gone ✔️ lack of clarity and focus gone ✔️ 7 pounds lighter ✔️ wake up naturally before sun and fall asleep easefully before 10. ✔️ my “appropriate distraction” picture below: Marie Kondo’ed my entire closet and released majority of what is no longer in alignment with the future me. What’s in the picture are the only clothes items I’m keeping. ✔️ so many gallbladder stones and sludge - out of my body! 🙏🏼 ✔️ The day after resting after the liver purge I joined a new gym and took 2 amazing classes starting at 5:30 am and I felt stronger than I have in a very long time. ✔️ the biggest testimony is how inspired and pumped I feel about my future! Thank you so much Cate, Brenda, Shea and so many of you in this amazing community for making it such a great experience!

coffee enemas with liver detox...
Coffee enemas stimulate the liver to increase its detoxification of the blood and decrease the toxic load on the liver. Caffeine, theobromine, and theophylline dilate blood vessels, bile ducts and relax smooth muscles, increasing the flow of bile. Electrolytes and probiotic microbes are also lost. Gold, green or white beans are very potent, with light to medium roasts typically well-tolerated by most. If you are new to coffee enemas, green, gold, or white beans may not be the best to start with. Instead, start with a medium or light roast. Coffee must be organic. Coffee enemas should always be balanced by fresh pressed juice. The typical ratio is 3:1 (three, 8 oz. juices for each coffee enema). Before an after a coffee enema, do a few water (or fresh urine) enemas. Hold the coffee enema in your colon for 15 minutes before releasing. For complete instructions go here.

I'm wondering if it's worth me doing these coffee enemas with a colostomy? I have no control over my bowel movements so i cannot "hold" any enema stuff in. I've tried using the different holes (rectum and direct into stoma) with urine. Some is retained after two goes, but not for long. Would love your feedback on this @Cate Stillman 🙏
