Hi I’m Sydney. I just had baby number 3 a couple weeks ago. I haven’t been able to jump on a trampoline since having my first baby. Even doing pelvic floor physical therapy. I’m hoping having a program that I can start earlier will get me to a better place! My kids are 4.5, 2.5 and 2 weeks
