I forgot to post yesterday but had some time to catch up on the posts. I also keep forgetting to take pics of my food 🤣 Day 3 Food - 4 sous vide egg bites, lots of flanken ribs(first time having them), cream in my coffee Day 4 Food - cheeseburger with bacon and a fried egg, ground beef, cheese 8300+ steps yesterday 9600 so far today staying in eating window NOT eating sugar-less cravings, feeling like I'm getting back in to the groove
