I'm learning to figure skate, after 60 years on hockey skates. The similarities are rewarding, but the differences are so striking. I've made loads of progress, but I've much to learn. So fun! What are you learning these days?
That's wonderful Dr @Doug Graham. It's inspiring how you are always willing to challenge your body and acquire new skills. I find that I enjoy Bikram yoga (hot yoga) in the winters because I tend to stay within a comfort zone as you so aptly pointed out 20 years ago. But your post has inspired me to find an indoor ice skating center near me :-)
