Hi everyone, I am a real estate investor, loan broker and private lender who is also really good at marketing. I have been looking for ways to add some value to the group and I think I came up with something cool. I am able to get great lists of potential sellers with properties landlors that could be motivated to sell. Right now, I partner with wholesalers but I would like to partner with realtors as well.
