How do I cut to 8 Pecent body and still have a cheat meal once in a week? Is it even possible? (Currently on 15% BF)

I need some suggestions
Hi i am a new beginner to this fitness wor;ld. Ive recently started going to the gym and ive noticed im struggling a lot with lifting the smallest weights. what can i do to improve my strength. should i learn how to give pushups, pull ups first and then go to the gym or should i continue?

If you’re struggling with the lightest weights, keep struggling with them. You will get stronger. Be patient! Keep putting it all in.
