Since working with Santi (started in 2022) the first time I lost 33 lbs! This time my goal weight was to get to 130 from 159(after having a baby). I weighed myself yesterday for the first time in a while and I am 123.8! I didnโ€™t mean to get that low but here I am๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ my next goals are to learn to maintain weight, gain muscle and continue to eat/find more healthy recipes.
