OCD and anxiety have been really hitting hard lately. Waking up anxious, ruminating, just a general state of fear most of the day. It's been hard to see myself out of it, so it's nice to see success stories.
What's up with this?
It is a rare occasion that I dream while I sleep. Since I started this meditation practice I noticed I am dreaming almost every night! It's so weird!!!! Has anyone else experienced this? Just curious.

Same, and I kinda wish I wasn't ๐Ÿ˜‚ My dreams usually represent something I'm processing and I can wake up a little stressed from it. I want dreamless hibernation sleep haha
Still here
I've been consistent with my meditations but haven't had too much to say the last couple days - Proud of myself for still being here and sticking with the challenge. Switched things up today and did my meditation in front of my red light panel and it felt extra calming. Does anyone else like red light therapy?

Reflecting
Just a quick reflection after being consistent with meditation for the past 16 days. I feel the meditation and breathing pushing their way into my life in certain ways and at certain times. Iโ€™m not convinced yet that my brain is ever actually going to allow me to be fucking chill. But my goal is to be 90 days consistent and hope that I keep loving it and learning and using it so much that the 90 days of meditation go on for a lifetime.

Yes! The off feeling creeps back in but I'm noticing hints of change here and there and that makes me excited to see where I'm at in two more weeks and two months after that and two years after that... ๐Ÿ™Œ
Feeling grounded
Between incorporating therapy, meditation, more exercise and probably most importantly more outside time with the weather here finally getting nice, I'm starting to feel a lot more like myself. If anyone needs me I'll be here in the grass ๐Ÿ›
