We're down to the final 30 days of the 90 day challenge! I'll be posting each day's meditation in the COMMUNITY here instead of being in the classroom. If you’re a bit behind, no worries—just jump in with us. I'll be posting each new meditation around 9 to 10pm Pacific time the day before. Why this approach? I want this group to be a place where we all feel connected, not scattered, and where everyone can stick to a rhythm that feels supportive. Think of it as a fresh start for those who may have stepped away, plus a chance to keep each other accountable as we build something meaningful together. For anyone who prefers a more flexible experience go google meditations on Insight Timer, YouTube, or Spotify. In addition to our daily meditations, I’m planning to introduce shorter challenges from time to time. And for even more variety, I’ll be sharing meditations from other incredible guides, including some of my teacher training grads. It’s a great way to expand our practice and see what resonates for you. Let’s keep this momentum going, dive deep into our practices, and make this an even stronger, more supportive community. Can’t wait to see the insights and wins we’ll create together! Much love, Yogi Bryan P.S. Rules of the community are have fun and be nice so let's keep it that way.
@Edward Lytle You are the 2nd person around me who recently mentioned the Artists Way. Is it similar to Atomic Habits (which I just started from recommendations from this group)?
@Dawn Sites I've never read history or Erik Larson, but I'm reading his 'The Demon of Unrest' and really enjoying it! It tells the story leading up to the Civil War. I recommend it 👌
@Caleb Cheng I recently became a Dune fan. On Dune 2 right now! I'll be driving cross country soon and plan on listening during my 6 day drive from Long Island to Tucson!
Had to switch my morning meditation to the end of the day, today. So glad I did. This was the PERFECT meditation! I found out this afternoon that I was scammed out of $1000. I'm an intelligent woman and never thought this would happen to me. I was embarrassed and angry and literally stated to all what an idiot I was!!!!! After hours on the phone, I filed a fraudulent claim and hopefully will be able to get my money back. I eventually decided that this experience is a great learning lesson. I decided to stop beating myself up and changed my attitude to one of gratitude. If the bank determines not to reimburse the stolen money, I will be grateful that my loss is (only) 1000 instead of 5 or 20 thousand. It's still a lot of money, but it could be so much worse. And here I am....just finished listening to YB and feeling like the Universe has my back, and I'm not a dumbass! Thank you Yogi Bryan for making me smile after a difficult day ❤️ ***UPDATE*** The banks refunded all the money. The Universe has my back! Thank you all - for your kinds words of support! It meant so much. ❤️ 🙏
@Rachel Krueger Yes I felt like I needed to put this out there because I think so many of us get lulled into living life on autopilot. This little bump in the road was my wake up call.
Meditation is a big part of the healing journey, I have read were people have helped there healing journey by doing physical release too, like yoga...what other tools or treatments do you use or have tried? Edit unfortunately I am disabled, I can't do the hiking biking etc. I was looking for gentle or slow or treatments.
As I get older, with a bad knee, I found I can't do yoga like I did when I was younger. I found a chair yoga group and I love it! I enjoy the same benefits without hurting my body!
