What Motivates You?
What wakes you up in the morning? What motivates you to work hard? Why do you show up to work every day? Why do you, or do you not, show up at the gym? Who do you wake up thinking about? Who is the reason you are doing what you’re doing? I’ll be posting a free training on motivation and how to leverage it to accomplish your goals, but first…tell me about what motivates you! Leave a comment below.

I feel like this is a hard question.. I battle back and forth on the answers to most of these questions. Mostly because I have trouble putting myself before my husband and kids. But I have been trying to have a different mindset on putting myself first then taking care of Cody and the kids. ( Like on a plane they tell you to put on your mask before you can help others) - What wakes me up every morning is being able to wake up and be the best version of myself for myself and my family. - What motivates me is my kids but mostly myself. I had rough back to back pregnancies that led to lots of swelling, weight gain, and c sections. - I show up to work because I absolutely love my job. I am an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and restoring people’s teeth so they can smile again brings so much joy to my soul. - I show up to the gym because I am longing to get my body back pre pregnancy. I enjoy working out and being strong. Not only for looks but everyday life. Sometimes, I miss classes due to things with the kids. But try my best to show up and put in the hard work for class. It’s something I truly look forward to class everyday. - When I wake up in the morning I instantly grab the baby monitor and check on the kids. - I stated prior that I am following this journey for myself and my family.
Want to work with me 1on1?
My mission in Legacy Performance Free is to make high quality fitness and nutrition content available to as many people as possible. My goal is to have thousands of people in this group, and that is what I am focused on creating. BUT.. there is one issue that I knew was going to arise… Not everyone can, or should, follow a self-guided system to transforming their health. Individualized approaches are king. If you have dabbled in nutrition for a while, you know this to be true. I’ve had quite a few people ask me if I am doing any 1on1 coaching, and I’ve been turning them down because my focus has been on creating more affordable options for getting the help people need. Which leads me to the title of this post. There has been enough people interested in 1on1 that I am dabbling with the idea of offering a hybrid coaching model to those that are interested. 1on1 coaching with me is $150 week with a minimum of a 6 month commitment. What I am thinking about doing is well south of 50% of that, around $50-75/week for somewhere in the ball park of 12-16 weeks. Before I commit to doing anything that no one wants, I want to know how many of you would actually like to hear more about that? If you like this idea of a hybrid and more affordable 1on1 coaching system, leave a comment below. If I get at least 10 people interested, I’ll start planning what this could look like.

I’m open to hear more about it!
I am taking a break from social media (FB, IG, etc.), and here’s why..,
INPUTS AFFECT YOUR OUTPUTS I’m sure it’s no surprise to any of us that what we consume affects how we feel/think/behave. This is true across all “inputs” we take in. Food. News. Television. Social Media. Sitting. (Moving vs. not moving is an input) The list goes on. I am in a season of life right now where I do not have the luxury of being distracted, unfocused, or swayed by the ploys of others. You don’t deserve that. My wife doesn’t deserve that. My Inner Circle members don’t deserve that. My 1-on-1 clients don’t deserve that. Which is why I’m taking a 28 day break from all social media. When you choose to abstain from certain things, it provides opportunities for other things. We only have so many resources we can utilize each day. So, what are you spending your resources on? I know what I am choosing to spend it on. Emptying My Tank Bringing value to all of you. Changing lives. And providing for my family. Social media is not a requirement for those things. What are you working towards? Comment below what you are focused on over the next 28 days.
