Two main benefits 1. Get a good understanding of why the client is leaving. The key here is taking the relevant feedback to improve your service delivery and prevent this from happening again 2. Upsell clients - For example if a client is leaving because they don't have enough support there is the potential to upsell them to a higher package with support How to apply exit interviews?
