As title says what is your favorite workout split? Currently running a full body 3 day split broken into 6 mini upper lower days.

I’m a fan of a push/pull/legs split. Keeps it simple and effective. Hitting each muscle group twice a week really helps with growth 💪

Hey brothers! Would appreciate any tips on working out. I always start then stop for a long time and I’d like to Keep More consistent and actually see results and feel more confident with my shirt off. Any tips?
