@Rieffe Dacanay dang that sounds like a pretty nice split. For full body do you just focus on compounds or do you also throw in isolations?
Tips on working out
Hey brothers! Would appreciate any tips on working out. I always start then stop for a long time and I’d like to Keep More consistent and actually see results and feel more confident with my shirt off. Any tips?

First off, learn to love the journey. Don’t workout just for the sake of looking good, workout for the sake of working out and being healthy. Next, prioritize compound lifts. The bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press, barbell row, and throw in chin-ups. Master your form, especially with the squat, before going crazy with weight. Use progressive overload. This can mean increasing the weight, reps, or sets each week. Personally I find evolving rep ranges the best. Let’s say I’m doing squats and my rep range is 5-7 reps. Week 1 I do 5 with 200 lbs, week 2 I do 6 with 200, and then week 3 I do 7 with 200. After that I add 5 lbs and week 4 I’m doing 205 for 5, and so on. Here is a sample workout split: Workout A Bench 3x5-7 Squat 3x5-7 Barbell rows 3x5-7 Workout B Overhead barbell press 3x5-7 Barbell Deadlifts 3x5-7 Chin ups (weighted if needed) 3x5-7 Perform 2-3 warm up sets with light weight. But add a little more weight after each warm up set to ramp up to your heavy “working” sets. Make sure to do proper warm ups so you don’t get injured, don’t ego lift, and always keep self- educating yourself so that you can continue progressing Good luck and God Bless
