No Mindset Mastery Sessions for the Next 2 Weeks...
Hey ChangeMakers! I’ve got to hold my hands up—I missed this morning’s session. Yep, I slept right through the alarm. That's definitely not like me, but it's a wake-up call (pun totally intended) that I've been pushing a bit too hard. As some of you know, I’m right in the middle of a massive house move—over 300 miles north. Add in a chronic stress-related illness (courtesy of my former job) that can knock my energy levels down, and yeah, the overload finally caught up with me. I tried to keep things running without interruption, but reality check: I need to hit pause on live calls for a couple of weeks. I will also need to re-evaluate the timing for Saturday calls to ensure I can commit to them for the long-term. For those of you who don't know, the Saturday calls are at 6am my time to accommodate our friends in India - sorry to be letting you down, especially @Ragul Ov and @Hemanth Kumar Alwar. Once I’m settled into the new place and back on my game, we’ll be full throttle again. Please continue to make new members feel welcome. I will be posting as much as I can during this challenging time. Thanks for rolling with me on this—your support means everything. We’re coming back stronger, so stay tuned! Also, please check the Calendar for @Vishad Doshi 's talk on Shadow Work, an important mindset tool to navigate life's challenges on 14th November.

Just a heads up—I’m taking a self-care day today. 😊 I'm eye balls deep in organising my long-distance move from Wales to Scotland since yesterday evening and it's getting a bit much. I know how easy it is to get caught up in the hustle and keep pushing, but it’s so important to hit pause sometimes. Taking care of yourself is not a luxury—it’s a must. Whether it’s stepping outside for fresh air, reading a book, or just taking time to breathe, these moments recharge us so we can keep making a difference. Remember, we’re not here to burn out. We’re here to thrive. Balance isn’t about getting everything done; it’s about making space for YOU. See you all tomorrow, ready and refreshed!
