@Jakin Harper does it take time for the assistant to upload the info? Doesnt seem to response to my questions. Keeps saying I don't have information about your questions. Note that I have nothing in my knowledge base for the Assistant. so it's entirly replying on the Buildship integration with my sheets...

Walkthrough: Reset OAuth (version: Nuke it!)
I thought seeing someone do this live in their own account may help relieve some concerns and answer some questions. Please note that this method is the more extreme method for resetting OAuth and not recommended as a first action unless you're receiving Double Messaging. ============ Alternatively, you may wish to just hit "Reset Connection" in your workspace. If you have questions, please ask them before starting this process. Following this guide, you'll: - Reset OAuth - Access the latest custom workflow actions - Reconnect disconnected accounts - Resolve some errors (re: not authorized) - Fix double messaging (both inbound & outbound) Be aware that this is following the Assistable recommended steps for if your system is double messaging. If you run into an issue after following these steps, know that you can always reach out in the community. *reposting via VIDEOS channel*

Hey community. Would love to just say I love using Assistable and all that it offer in regards to direct integrations to GHL and all that jazz. But I have to honestly state that the agent’s replies are much slower and delayed in comparison to other ai agent platforms I previously delpoyed... Is this normal for Assistable, or is there a possible hiccup in the way I’ve set it up?? Would love to hear you guys feedback and weather this is normal or not. Your feed back is appreciated in advance

@Jorden Williams this is a recording of an interaction I screen recorded for real reference. Agent took approximately 2 minutes just to reply to a simple questions. This can’t be normal!

An alternative to voice extractions allowing you to select the data you wish to send to the CRM. Huge shoutout to @Esteban Lopez for the initial how-to w/ all the tips! This is included in my prompt: ## Tasks 1. Greet the caller and ask how you can help - If the user's name includes the word "guest", avoid greeting them by name - If the user's name doesn't include the word "guest", try greeting them by name If you're booking appointments, you may also wish to add something like: ----- (you'll have to test it out the find the best verbiage) 2. Book an appointment only after the user's name doesn't include "guest"
