Hey everyone.. Wow what a journey! A lot of you know but I want to officially announce… I quit the smoothie shop then the same day, I got hired for my first sales role as a setter! It’s been a week since working and wow it's been crazy, surreal, fun, a roller coaster hah all of it. I want to come on here and say this.. Number 1, go for it! If you think you can't.. Go for it, and again and again because whether or not you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. I'm lucky to have been surrounded by all you guys. Being surrounded by people like you gave me the push I needed in key moments. That leads me to number 2.. Thank you. Thank you to all of you sincearly, but especially a select few @Rolissa Rugamba , @Avi Tejeiro , @Brianna Rettis , @Victor Alvarez y'all have been THERE for me thorough and through and 🫶🫶. I not only am grateful for you guys, I know I have mostly made a joke of this but the pain I have been experiencing the health struggles I’ve been experiencing have been honestly.. crushing at times. Especially this past month. I didn't know I could push through I genuinely had to question if I could continue and having you 4 made a world of a difference. Ugh I don't want to get too soppy but you know🫶. 3, @Matt Menton ! This guy! Haha Matt’s the goat. Whether I am panicking, need to have the same thing explained to me a 4th time, or I’m feeling discouraged you have had my back all the way. I couldn't have don't this with out you. @Madison DeCoste , @Matt Menton , @Dylan Asena you guys have created something so special here. I feel lucky to have ended up in this place, and be on this journey with you all! This is a place not only where you learn sales but you become the best version of yourself there is. Hi SAA fam -- guessss what?? I landed my first offer & will be setting & closing for 15% of a $3500 offer. The offer is in Holistic Medicine/Health -- which aligns really well with my education/work history, interests, & passions. I am excited for this opporunity to get my feet wet into the sales setting/closing process. After finally leaving my Nurse Manager job, I spent the weekend reflecting on my goals and truly redesigning my life (and cleaning my house because, wow. Just wow. LOL) Today marks my first week outside of management and I've never felt so free! I even had time to work out 🥹❤️. Getting outside of my comfort zone and making this sacrifice was so necessary. I'm so so thankful for this community - thank you so much for checking in on me when life was getting so hard my last few weeks! Here's to a new beginning, sharpening those sales skills on a MUCH more regular basis and a real start on changing my life! Hey friends, long time no post haha Little background, I joined S.A.A September 8’th with hopes of building a new skill and flipping my work life lol. Well on Oct 7’th I got an interview and Oct 16’th I landed the offer. I just wanted to come on here and say how grateful I am for this amazing community that push me. So thankful for our coaches @Madison DeCoste @Dylan Asena @Matt Menton that took me from knowing literally zilch to this point now. Special s/o to @Lilly Davis who ate mocks with me day in day out and has been so clutch on this journey- you’re a rockstar and accountability partners work lol! It's about showing up consistently, knowing your worth, and understanding that every interaction is an opportunity to provide value. I've noticed something interesting lately - the most successful people in our community aren't the ones constantly broadcasting their wins. They're the ones who put their head down, do the work, and let their results speak for themselves. This week, I want you to carry that same energy. Trust that your preparation is enough.
