Challenge is over, now what?
Happy Friday friends! I hope you guys enjoyed the challenge and got something out of it. I personally enjoyed reading some of your posts, especially the few that were finding consistency in moving and enjoying the healthy habits you have started. I will randomly draw a name for the $500 prize over the weekend. Today is my birthday, so excuse me if I don’t do any coaching lol What’s next? This Skool was started to encourage parents to move. Unfortunately I’ve noticed a lot of members sign up, peek in and never open this app ever again. So I’m racking my brain on how to create something that’s free for you, but still encourages you to move. Maybe I’m wrong and this group is alive and well. If so, comment below that you’re still here! Or, is there a better way to deliver workouts, trainings and support? Is a weekly email better? Or a social media group on IG/FB? I’m open to suggestions! Next up…I’m giving out a free $2,000 Scholarship to 1-on-1 coaching with me. Stay tuned!

@Tricia Perez yes, the winner elected to stay anonymous and put the $500 towards 1-on-1 coaching
Finding the courage to move
Well,am I the only one who double/tripple thinks it to do sth when the kids are around? I mean,I am in a loop of always overthinking even a simple stroller walk with them cause I am afraid of what to do if they start crying or not like what we do. Unfortunately, I am at a stage of parenthood where I have a lot of night wakings so waking up earlier or staying up late it’s not even possible. Is there anyone else thinking like me? do you have any tips or tricks that have helped you get out of that situation? Let me tell you that every stroller walk is not necessarily bad, I mean there have been plenty of stroller walks where my kids were cooperating greatly, but my mind cannot stop thinking of bad moments that may happen next time…

@Lamprini Ioanna Kanavou , If you’re stressed with stroller walks, then lets not do those anymore. Can your spouse watch the boys while you go on a walk? Or, can you do a simple workout with the boys in the room? Like a few sets of situps or lunges while they are playing?
Happy Monday
I’m up 1.4 lbs but down 2cm in my waist 😩. I know the scale can fluctuate but it’s not what I wanted lol

If your waist is down than that means you gained 1.4lbs of water. It goes away!
Challenge update
The whole time I was in SF for a conference, I was able to average 2mi a day. I didn't manage to do more despite wanting to workout. But the walking counts, right?! Sigh.

Final week for a chance at $500
Something that I always keep in the back of my mind... Especially after missing a workout or three. Is that consistency is not perfection. It's not about never missing a workout, but instead it's that you try any chance you get. So if you blinked and realized it's been a few days or weeks, we've all been there. But I do want you to try to keep going. Because doing nothing guarantees that nothing changes Who's crushing it this week?
