Especially after missing a workout or three.
Is that consistency is not perfection. It's not about never missing a workout, but instead it's that you try any chance you get.
So if you blinked and realized it's been a few days or weeks, we've all been there.
But I do want you to try to keep going. Because doing nothing guarantees that nothing changes
