Any tips on getting in more protein for daily meals…

I always keep some kind of cooked meat avaliable in your fridge, roasted chicken, or airfied, beef or salmon filate baked, tuna packets, all of the above can make a great meal with salad or roasted veggies. I also have chicken stir fry. Chicken pattie or beef pattie baked or airfried.
