Week 1 done ☑️Squat Strength
Being back home has its benefits to my training. 6 week strength cycle being repeated again. The next 18 months will have its ups and downs but consistency with my training MUST not change. Question: 🙋 September I will add a new TaB 🔖 Accountability Month. Who will join? It doesn’t matter what it is you want to achieve in September, you just have to pick one. However once you commit and give how many days a week you are going to do act on it. YOU must stick to it….!!! I don’t have all the solutions to your problems but as a collective…. We probably still won’t have the solution, but you will have massive support from all of us. There maybe a prize 🏆 to the most consistent.
