today's workout: 10 fast db clean+press, 10 pushups, db biceps curl 15 each hand, triceps w/ rubber band 11am: Plyo-Push Up to Single Arm Snatch to Single Arm Thruster 3 each hand Single Arm Snatch 5 reps/side Single Arm Thruster 5 reps/side Push Up 10, Swings 10 Plyo-Push Up to Single Arm Snatch to Single Arm Thruster 1 each hand kb 17,5kg 15 cardio - playing soccer with kids :) 7pm: trx: 30 squats 30 pushups, 30 rows 20 incline db bench press each hand 10 incline bench press with heavy rubber bands diet: 2072.2 kcal protein 187.6 g

Today was a Lego day, tomorrow we're visiting the cemeteries, today's workout: morning: 15 fast pushups + 15 fast squats, 2 slow eccentric pull up evening: 6 min (fast 5 snatch x fast 5 goblet squat) 3 min fast dumbell deadlift-clean-press 15 fast trx rows 15 incline bench press with heavy rubber band and dumbell diet: 1806 kcal protein 136.5 g
Pain…
Normally I designate Fridays for a pep talk that centers around finishing the week strong, but today I had to share a rant I firmly believe needs to be discussed regarding “pain” during lifting. Pearson the language…I got a little passionate. Hands Up, KEEP FIGHTING✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼!!!!

@Henrik Smeby diet is my weak part. last week was a huge mistake. I tried to incorporate bigger fasting (5pm-noon) and failed miserably. Due to lack of time to eat during the day it ended up with only breakfasts. On Wed morning mirror told me that I was actually only fasting and burning my progress. Instead of burning fat while keeping muscles I was losing muscles and still felt bloated by trying to eat late to have some protein intake per day. I'm going back to previous diet and will try to drink some protein shakes this time. I'd like to get 1600kcal and 160g protein but it's really hard, I'll leave fasting for some other time maybe

@Henrik Smeby not really, I'll just adjust the previous plan to have a bigger eating window (from 9-6pm instead 12am-5pm), and this time I'll allow myself to drink protein shakes at 6-7pm, we'll see how it goes next week

I’m always up for ANYTHING that will rally the troops and this 30 day challenge is a perfect way to do so!!! In my mind the real value of doing these types of daily challenge workouts is the accountability they create by forcing a non-negotiable goal specific action. Not only do they improve gains, but they build discipline, too! So I wanna try something out with you guys open to a challenge. For the next month, I want you to take part in this “Farmers Walk Challenge”… The rules are simple: - Designate the distance or sets of failure you’ll do - Rotate the different weights daily (go up then down) - Carry on every set til absolute failure (dropping it) …And - Resting for 30 seconds between each set… If you’re in, which I really hope you are, then reply YES to the survey… Make sure to check out the YouTube video attached for more details… LFG!!! I could do it in the summer, but November is too cold and nasty to train outside for me. today's workout: 10 incline bench press each hand, biceps curl and triceps w/ rubber band 35 swings each hand, trx 1 hand pushups, rows, 1 min shadowboxing w reflex ball 10 incline bench press each hand 9 min of kb swings and pushups 3 snatches each hand, diet: 1412 kcal protein: 142.7 g

today's workout: trx pushups, rows, regular squats to failure 5 snatches each side afternoon: another trx routine +15 min. judo sparring with a grappling dummy and a dozen 6-9-year-olds at once, we've had fun 🥋😋 diet: fasting till noon, 1071 kcal protein: 135.3 g my diet needs some adjustments to work better with fasting, I'll try a different approach tomorrow
