It is about the psychological impact of Polymyalgia rheumatica I am shadowing an Internal Medicine doctor , and I do kind of like the field in terms of patient relationships and how the doctor can really care for the patient over time. ( still usefull even though i might do something more procedure based as , shadowing helped me understand medicine and what clinic is like ) NOW FOR THE STATS and other ECS and what to do next GPA 4.0 Unweighted , 4.7/5 ( Used Gradeway to calculate and also my counselor helped) Practice SAT : 1480 ( My 2nd and latest SAT practice test ) Clubs: Science Fair Club ( already at my school) Activities: Shadowing( 50 hrs almost ) Volunteering at a private practice Sci fair Indep research Volunteering at Gita Youth organization ( very passionate about this) and will get PVSA GOLD soon Plannng to start an IRO chapter next year (school already has a research club for sci fair) and do mock trial Any Advice Pranav P.S (sorry for grammer I am typing on a phone)

Research
Ok so in this post I have to update a few things So I decided to join my schools science fair club a few months ago and I just sent my project for research approval So as I am working on my ISEF project I am obviously reading some papers to gain knowledge however I struggle with really understanding the papers as it feels very overwhelming to read Any tips ? I have been using Chatpdf and Rishabs strategies during my independent research but still feel lost

Advice
As high achieving students it is easy to get caught up in everything. Shadowing, volunteering , sci fair prep, more volunteering, school, non profits are all great however sometimes it is good to just take a break. I know it seems ridiculous however taking breaks ( not on social media though) is important . You dont have to do anything crazy. I would recommend meditation Just 10 mins out of your schedule just to meditate , you will feel way more refreshed to go on with what you are doing. If you prefer the outdoors even taking a short walk can be beneficial So make sure to take breaks Bye!!

Happy 15,000 Members!
It's amazing how we've reached 15,000 students! Quick poll: Should we make a parent group? If so, which platform?

Youth STEAM Advisors (International) -> Looking for Directors and Advice on Website Development
Hey guys, I plan on making a website for my and my sister's Nonprofit organization, but don't know where to start making one. We have a website that a professional did but didn't like how it turned out, so I'm planning on making one myself since my sister is busy with school. Can you guys help with sources of where I can start making one? The original site is YouthSteamAdvisors.org. Thank you! PS. This is also a STEAM opportunity for you guys to join since we are trying to make this Non-profit international! Thank you! https://www.linkedin.com/company/youth-steam-advisors/posts/
