No selling in the DM's
Gents, this is a place to use the Three Roads system to master one's life and increase the profitability of your entrepreneurial efforts. This isn't a place to creep on people with your offers using someone else's group. Anybody selling in DM's will be banned from the group. If you aren't here to help the group, you just won't be here. 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

Thats right. No bullshit sliding into DMs.
When Overwhelmed, Do This...
OVERWHELM is a condition created by a lack of movement and an inaccurate scale of awareness. Never underestimate a capable man's ability to get in his own way. MOVEMENT IS MANDATORY!

Removing distractions. Input-to-output ratio
I am actively working on removing distractions and focus on doing what I need to do. Seems pretty easy with social media type scrolling.. I've overdone it in the past and now it's just an obvious waste of time. I limit scrolling in frequency and duration. Stopped pretending it's any form of education. Interesting tidbits once in a while, yes, but is it really what I'm after? Second point: on call with MC (highly recommended, first time I had an opportunity to meet the man face to face, even if digitally and ..well... see for yourself. Man is a leader, ethical and IS building a tribe). Anyway.. one of the things he said was 'movement is mandatory). That's where I get caught up.. confusing movement towards getting a project done with reading, watching and getting more information. That's some bullshit. I consider that a failure. The protocol I am employing is paying close attention to my input-to- output ratio. I've been avoiding that because I know the truth of it. Any advice? How you adress these things in your own climb?

Physical practice procedures
I'm curious how you guys organize your physical practice. For example, I have this sandbag in my office. I lift it throughout a day.. deadlift, some squat, get it on shoulder and drop behind.. its fairly heavy, so its just single, double rep here and there. Do you guys have some practice you do throughout the day or you stay with gym style weights or else type of structured workout? I also do bjj few times a week and that forces me to do some mobility type exercises to recover after hard sparring. Greetings from Poland 👊

aye. That makes sense. that shadow work is fire. Jung agrees ;) just kidding. I recently strted doing freeflow movements too, even simple things like reaching in various directions adds to motion data and helps the body reorient to balance
