Removing distractions. Input-to-output ratio
I am actively working on removing distractions and focus on doing what I need to do. Seems pretty easy with social media type scrolling.. I've overdone it in the past and now it's just an obvious waste of time. I limit scrolling in frequency and duration. Stopped pretending it's any form of education. Interesting tidbits once in a while, yes, but is it really what I'm after? Second point: on call with MC (highly recommended, first time I had an opportunity to meet the man face to face, even if digitally and ..well... see for yourself. Man is a leader, ethical and IS building a tribe). Anyway.. one of the things he said was 'movement is mandatory). That's where I get caught up.. confusing movement towards getting a project done with reading, watching and getting more information. That's some bullshit. I consider that a failure. The protocol I am employing is paying close attention to my input-to- output ratio. I've been avoiding that because I know the truth of it. Any advice? How you adress these things in your own climb?
