START HERE: Welcome to JC Training! Welcome to The JC Training community. I'm glad to have you as a part of my network and appreciate you joining! That being said, I want to get a better understanding to what people are looking to achieve within their health and fitness journey so I can tailor the content to those particular subjects 🚨 First, please introduce yourself using this copy-paste template: 1. 1. Pete 2. North Lincs 3. Increase muscle mass, maintain good health and fitness 4. Struggle to put on weight/muscle whilst running training (primarily 10k/half marathon training blocks) but age prob also a limiting factor!
What is your current goal?
Interested to see what everyone is looking to achieve with their health and fitness. Will help as well create topics based around peoples goals.
