IT Placement - 20M Business
I have a $20M staff placement/augmentation firm, doing around $800k -1M in EBITDA available as well. They are looking to get growth capital (potential debt) as well as growth capital, to acquire and grow to a 100M turnover business. My idea here would be to work together on a roll-up targeting a 200m turnover globally. The company has a great lead generation engine, but are weak on sales. The management is strong, with a CFO in place, that has experience. Let me know if someone is interested in discussing this opportunity. Important; I helped this company to introduce to some debt growth capital, but they are looking to grow fast, so again, a Roll-up would suit perfectly for this company. Any interest, let me know. Travel, Tourism, Destination Marketing and Hospitality Firm
Last week I spoke to a firm like the above. The owner was previously involved in a group where the group had around EUR 5M in EBITDA that they where selling for around 25-30M to a US buyer. The deal didnt go through and a couple of the bigger sellers ended up selling individually. My idea here would be to see if there are someone that has experience in this sector, and that we could then go back to the remaining sellers who are all looking to exit - likely we already have around 2-2.5M EBITDA available. We could offer that we try to re-build with other sellers to achieve a 7-10M EBITDA for a sale. The sellers could likely connect us with potential selling parties as well. This one is basically a half cooked roll-up, in this space that was on the table but didn't happen. With our help, it should be possible to pull this off. We also have a few sellers who are already "in the mind" of looking to sell in this way, which is a huge positive. 1M EBITDA Cannabis Assesories Business For Sale
I have a $800k-1M EBITDA Scandinavian Head Shop for sale. I am helping them to find a buyer, and advising them on how to do this. We have interest from a US listed Cannabis company, but I am starting to think that we can use the sellers platform to do a Roll-up, and drive this to a 5m-10M USD EBITDA business.
