1M EBITDA Cannabis Assesories Business For Sale
I have a $800k-1M EBITDA Scandinavian Head Shop for sale. I am helping them to find a buyer, and advising them on how to do this. We have interest from a US listed Cannabis company, but I am starting to think that we can use the sellers platform to do a Roll-up, and drive this to a 5m-10M USD EBITDA business.
Is there someone that has buyers for this type of business, as well as, potentially have further acquisitions that could be targeted to roll-up in this case?
