What are some of your wins lately?
I'd love to hear where you are making progress. Big or small. What have you accomplished in the last few weeks that is moving your business and life forward? It's important to stop and acknowledge these things. Winners win and winners stop and acknowledge the wins consistently to keep the momentum going.

Personal development. Three times a week at the gym, upping my protein, and cold shower therapy. Along with gratitude, I have grown substantially in the past three months.

@Adam Luckey Yes, the mind is nothing without the body and vice versa.
Kobe's Mamba Mentality
Kobe Bryant said that the thing that gave him the most confidence in the world was his Dad telling him that whether he scored 60 points or 0 he would love him no matter what. Kobe said that gave him all the confidence in the world to fail. He then goes on to say, "the hell with that I'm scoring 60." I love that. It's the same in life and business. Knowing that God the father loves us regardless. Deeply knowing and experiencing this love gives us a security that can't be obtained anywhere else. Not that we can sit around and be lazy. But so we can have a confidence that allows us to take risks in life knowing that if it doesn't work out it won't be the end. Life and business isn't walking a tight rope. One wrong move and you are screwed. It's an adventure and yea lots of uncertainty but when we embrace the unknown business becomes more fun an exciting. Less of a survival mechanism and more of a game.

The failing forward game.
Quit lying to yourself
Rip the bandaid off. Telling yourself its ok and "it's not that bad" is not serving you. It's like someone that's overweight and unhealthy looking in the mirror and saying "oh you're fine it's not that bad." Lowering your standards so you feel better about yourself is a sure way to end up in cycles of depression and failure. This doesn't mean you should be ashamed of yourself but you should be honest. You've got way more potential. If you aren't progressing in your business stop trying to protect your ego. Stop trying to do it all on your own. Get some damn help. And stop doing the same shit every day. You've got to do new activities to get new results. It all starts with being honest with yourself though. It should hurt. Embrace the pain. If you've been lazy tell yourself the truth. If you've been watching to much social media and it's keeping you distracted be honest and cut that shit out. Don't be so soft on yourself. Business is a sport and you are an athlete. You've gotta challenge yourself massively if you are going to succeed. There's a reason the majority of businesses fail. They can't handle the uncertainty. They can't handle the truth. That's not you.

What is your advice on getting help in your business? Who do you reach out to first? Someone that can help with your weaknesses?

@Adam Luckey Got it.
The Perfect Offer Fallacy
Frank Kern has this thing called "The Perfect Offer Fallacy" and I love it. He talks about how we obsess over one perfect offer. We create all the marketing assets, emails, landing pages, automations. We then create all the ads and run traffic straight to this offer. It either performs or it doesn't. If it doesn't perform it's back to the drawing board and starting from zero every time. Compared to the "new way" Building a free community filled with your ideal avatar. These people join because you give them something of value. They are there for one overarching outcome. But each person has various problems they need help with. Instead of trying to make everyone fit into your one perfect offer you simply find out what they really need and if you can help then help them. I think it's a smart way to approach marketing these days. Maybe they just want your course for $100. Awesome sell them that. This will just move them closer to buying your more expensive thing if it makes sense. Frank also recommends you build this community in Skool which I also agree with. It's an overall better long term strategy in my opinion. You don't need to just offer Done For You services or Coaching. You can have more of a hybrid approach. Have low ticket courses you can sell. Ideally this is content you already created for clients. Now you can just piece it out and sell it as a standalone. You can have high ticket 1-1 coaching/consulting. Mid ticket group coaching.You can even add Done For You Services as your highest tier. Don't forget one of my favorites, affiliate cash from various softwares/products you actually use and recommend. And when people come into your Skool ecosystem they can jump into whatever makes the most sense for them. Instead of trying to make them fit into your perfect offer you have multiple tiers of access to you and your help. And it's not as complicated as it sounds. It's not really various offers. It's still focused on one outcome and a particular WHO. Just various levels of service to match their level of trust and need.

Makes sense.
Stop trying to be the best
Just got off a coaching call yesterday and want to share a major insight to help you overcome the good ol imposter syndrome. The feeling of low confidence because we are measuring our ability to help someone by whether or not we are the absolute best in our industry. The reality is there can truly only be like one best in your industry. That's likely not you. And that's actually really freeing. You don't need to be the Hormozi of your industry. You just need to have the skills, passion, and ability to solve your ideal clients problems really well. You don't need anything else in regards to accolades and all that. Of course experience and results matter but they don't disqualify you. If your really new just help people for free and gain the experience. For example, When I started my marketing business helping gym owners back in 2019 I felt like an imposter because I didn't have a million dollar gym like some. I was doing good making 15-20k/month revenue but still felt disqualified. What helped me get over the imposter syndrome was realizing that I was: 1. Good at running ads so that was my main offer for gyms. Run their ads for them. 2. Borrowing confidence from a coach I hired. Mindsets are like walls... Strongholds. Sometimes we need the help of others to tear them down and move past em. Like a lot people, I could have succumbed to that mindset and never started the business. But I pushed passed and built a business that provided a level of freedom I never had before. Over the last 5 years that business provided around 350k/yr on average. Around 130k profit on avg. Not record-breaking numbers but I also had a lifestyle that is hard to come by. Lots of free time. Which is what matters most as a Dad of 3. :) Ultimately, in order for someone to want to do business with you they need to know, like, and trust you. And that doesn't require you to be the #1 in your industry. It just requires you to consistently create content that resonates and is helpful.
