Step 1. Have a super clear outcome you provide. A clearly articulated result or results for a specific type of person. Step 2. Define your unique way of getting them results. Have 4 or 5 main ideas, strategies, or philosophies that you talk about over and over again in different ways. This should stem from an authentic place. I call this essence marketing. �This type of marketing sells people on you and your WAY. Step 3. Create a story inventory of your life. Your struggles, aspirations, and values. Only relevant stories that are relatable to your ideal client. This demonstrates empathy and that you understand your people. It also positions you as a solid guide to help them on their own journey. Step 4. Share daily on some sort of platform. A mix of short and long form content. I write one post and reshare to email, Skool, fb, and sometimes IG. I’ll record weekly long form YT videos as well. Step 5. Have some sort of paid ads system that brings people into the top of your funnel. Right now I’m running ads to my Free Skool group. Step 6. Nurture and add value to the people in the group. Step 7. At least once a month invite people into your offer. Depending on stage of your business your offer should be high ticket and recurring. Nothing worse than one off sales that destabilize your business. Huge cash injections are of no interest to me. I prefer recurring revenue all day. If you have DFY service that’s going to be a lot harder to scale than a something like a group coaching offer. I call it a “connection offer” where people pay you for connection. Some are in a group setting and some one on one. There’s foundational content and a community of likeminded people to run with. Step 8. Sell 5 1-1 clients at $400/week that’s $8,000/month. Sell 15 on lower community tier offer at $200/week and that’s $12,000/month. There’s your 20k/month. Just you and a VA with 90% margins. I'm looking back at all the dreams I've had over the last 6 months... Like actual dreams in the night. It's crazy how much wisdom God puts in the heart through dreams. He's guided me, lead me, corrected me, warned me, revealed plans of the enemy, and affirmed me. It's absolutely amazing. If you don't pay attention to your dreams, you are missing out on a huge part of communication with your creator. Seriously. Regardless of what you believe, pay attention to your dreams. They may not make sense in the moment but when you go back to reflect it will be crystal clear what it meant.

There's something about having visual daily stimuli to keep you inspired and motivated. I created one on Canva and put it as the wallpaper on my cell phone. The key is adding images that really resonate with you. Not just some random photos. These all spark something in me to create more freedom in my life. 1. I want to be able to take my family to Hawaii for at least a month every year. 2. I want to be so wealthy I can give houses away. 3. I want to grow my YT because that = greater purpose and impact 4. Look at my stripe and see 118k in recurring revenue with 80% + margins 5. Be radically generous like Jimmy Darts and bless people daily. My goal is to give away at least 10k every month.
