Aligned Offer Vs Irresistable Offer
Making an offer so good that you don’t feel stupid saying yes. You can make an irresistible offer someone feels stupid saying no to but causes you to feel terrible when you have to deliver it. The offer should be a win win. A clear outcome you can help someone achieve. Helping them get there in a way that aligns with your season of life, gifts, talents, and skills. Sometimes that is a full done for you service. Sometimes it’s 1-1 coaching, group coaching, SAAS, etc… There’s no one size fits all but the offer should be aligned. If not you end up creating offers you hate to fulfill. 3 years ago I wanted nothing to do with coaching people. Now it’s the thing that lights me up and where I have my greatest impact on others. I also had misaligned offers that caused a lot of pain. Over promising and using crazy guarantees yet bringing on misaligned clients that weren’t the right fit for the offer. Not a fun season.
