The Perfect Offer Fallacy
Frank Kern has this thing called "The Perfect Offer Fallacy" and I love it.
He talks about how we obsess over one perfect offer.
We create all the marketing assets, emails, landing pages, automations.
We then create all the ads and run traffic straight to this offer. It either performs or it doesn't.
If it doesn't perform it's back to the drawing board and starting from zero every time. Compared to the "new way" Building a free community filled with your ideal avatar.
These people join because you give them something of value. They are there for one overarching outcome. But each person has various problems they need help with.
Instead of trying to make everyone fit into your one perfect offer you simply find out what they really need and if you can help then help them.
I think it's a smart way to approach marketing these days.
Maybe they just want your course for $100. Awesome sell them that. This will just move them closer to buying your more expensive thing if it makes sense.
Frank also recommends you build this community in Skool which I also agree with. It's an overall better long term strategy in my opinion.
You don't need to just offer Done For You services or Coaching.
You can have more of a hybrid approach.
Have low ticket courses you can sell.
Ideally this is content you already created for clients.
Now you can just piece it out and sell it as a standalone.
You can have high ticket 1-1 coaching/consulting.
Mid ticket group coaching. You can even add Done For You Services as your highest tier.
Don't forget one of my favorites, affiliate cash from various softwares/products you actually use and recommend.
And when people come into your Skool ecosystem they can jump into whatever makes the most sense for them.
Instead of trying to make them fit into your perfect offer you have multiple tiers of access to you and your help.
And it's not as complicated as it sounds. It's not really various offers. It's still focused on one outcome and a particular WHO. Just various levels of service to match their level of trust and need.
