The first time I tried to bench 75kg, I failed. Hard. I remember the bar coming down and just… not going back up. It sucked, bro. I felt weak, embarrassed, like maybe this whole thing wasn’t for me. But that failure? It lit a fire in me. I went back to the basics. Improved my form, stayed consistent, and kept pushing. A few months later, I wasn’t just hitting 75kg—I was smashing 105kg. That failure became my fuel. Lesson: Don’t fear failure. Use it. Every setback is just another chance to come back stronger. Fail forward, bro.

1000 Pushups!!
Just spent the last 90 minutes doing pushups. Wrists and elbows were cooked around 750 Reps but we got there in the end 💪💪
