just wanted to share that last week after a tiring 2hr training I managed to get a 3 second pb in 200 breast which has never happened before in training!! can't wait to see how David's techniques will help me in my competition next weekend as I'm swimming 200m breast too!

Hi, my name is Nera, I'm 15 years old and I come from Croatia. I have been training swimming for almost 10 years and I also compete. In swimming, my technique has always been very good, but that's why I'm slow, and my current goals are to speed up and to compete in the national championship of Croatia!! Also my basic techniques are freestyle and backstroke, but i would like to swim more butterfly!
