Focusing on Actions (Journey) rather than Goal (Destination)
So I came across this reel of Bruce Lee. He says you have to learn the art of DYING. Liberated from the expectations of yourself to receive the fruits of your hard work. let me explain this in my own words: Having a Goal is important. It gives you a direction for your actions other than that it serves no purpose. But if you obsess over it and keep thinking about it so much and make it your god literally then it just steals away your present moment that is your journey ( your actions). you have to liberate yourself from this obsession and do your actions, your work, and your karma, and by doing so you will definitely reach your destination because you traveled through the journey and didn't stop.. So remember this: Take action and know that your goals are only giving you directions that you have to follow. do not make it your god.
