CAUSE AND EFFECT: CHANGE YOUR LIFE
Every effect that happens, has a cause. It's like yin and yang. One comes after another. To control your life, to understand it, is knowing these causes and their effects. Actions and their events are interrelated. Nothing happens by chance, What caused you to look, feel better? -> this is the effect Eating healthy and going to the gym. -> this is the cause (it CAUSED the effect to happen) I ate lots of junk food, now I feel like shit. What was the CAUSE and what was the EFFECT? (write the answer in the comments) There are ways we can understand cause and effect, and the power this understanding brings you will benefit your future self. Practice by first thinking of some things you do on a daily basis, what causes you to do that, what effect will it have? Adopt this into your way of thinking in the future so you can easily decide what to do that will best benefit you. Then I want you to take a step back, I say this in every post. I cannot stress it enough. Make sure you are meditating every day. Not some bullshit breathing fuckery. No I mean meditate with mindfulness, let the thoughts come, when you realise you are thinking too much, come back to your breath. Then wander again. Set goals, and list the causes you will need to do and the effects it'll have on your life. Then setup habits that you can do to complete these goals. My business partner talks about topics like these in way more detail on his youtube. Lord_Lycurgus

HOW I FOUND MY PURPOSE
Rupert Brooke was a famous WW1 poet, he wrote a poem called "Peace". This poem talks about the brave, young, and noble boys who went off to fight in WW1. In the first stanza, he goes: "God be thanked who has matched us with his hour, And caught our youth, and wakened us from sleeping!" You need to do the exact same fucking thing. It is hidden within the words, Brooke writes that the young boys, were given a god given purpose, God caught them in their youth, woke them up from their sleep (matrix) by making them realise their purpose (fighting in the war). Here's what you can do to discover your purpose: 1. Break free from the mental noise. You need to declutter your mind from all the shit, get rid off all the instant gratification and start meditating. I CANNOT stress it enough! Meditation is key to unlocking the higher levels of the game. To gain CLARITY in life, you must push the limits, discover who you are outside the screens and porn and MOST IMPORTANTLY MEDITATE 2. Observe Observe your thoughts, daily reflection every day (gratitude, what you need to improve on, highlight of the day), learn about things you do, understand what you do and why. 3. Stare at the fucking wall You need to be thinking, for hours a day, I stared at a wall with only a pen and paper, and I wrote down everything I thought of. Anything and fucking everything, eventually you get some ideas about what you want to dedicate your life to. THIS IS THE HARDEST FUCKING STEP This is day 3/100 of my series with my business partner. He talks about topics like this in much more complex detail on his youtube. I hope you learnt something, let me know what you'd like to see next! YT: Lord_Lycurgus

THE TRUTH ABOUT MONEY
Money is a tool, it doesn't define WHO YOU ARE on the inside. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a shallow thinker. You need to embrace the concept that money is a neutral and unemotional entity. It does not care about you. Forget about it, focus on yourself and your work. Become disciplined, provide value, and be focused. Money will become attracted to you if you do these things: 1. Destroy all your beliefs about money. 2. Acknowledge money as a neutral force. 3. Identify areas in your life where cultivating discipline, focus, and hard work can boost your success 4. Develop habits of discipline, focus on long-term goals, and don't waste the money you already have on stupid materialistic shit. 5. Cultivate a mindset that sees money as a follower, not a controlling entity, promoting a harmonious relationship. 6. Meditate every single fucking day straight after you wake up. 7. THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: READ BOOKS p.s if you want generational wealth read Jordan Belforts 'Wolf of Investing' this is day 2/100, YT: Lord_Lycurgus

Taking Personal Responsibility to Change
This will be the beginning of me and my partners bite sized series about unlocking the subconsciousness and transforming yourself mentally. I'm excited for this series and I hope you guys can gather some value. There are limitations to what you can change in the world around you, but you possess the power to transform yourself. Learn to recognise when you can control something and when you cannot. Actionable steps: 1. Reflect, Provide yourself with feedback for what you want to improve on and what you did well every day. Assess your habits and make sure they're making you slightly better every day. 2. Mindfulness and Acceptance Meditate and take time to relax yourself every week. Accept that things are going to happen, and you might not be able to control them, forgive and move on. Meditating every day was a huge game changer for me and I cannot recommend it enough. Lots of people do meditation incorrectly, let your mind wander, once you notice it's wandering, bring your focus back to your breath, it's a skill learnt over time. 3. Continuous Learning Always invest in your education and take the time to learn a new skill, sport, read a book etc. Get 1% better every day because consistency compounds My partner creates longer videos about things like this on YouTube. @James Forsythe Glad you're excited to learn
YOUR SECRET POWER
I’ve been networking with someone I met who has extremely deep levels of thinking, his niche is the subconscious and talks about things similar to the spiritual/psychological stuff that hamza talks about, except in way more detail. Who would like to see a 100 day series where I talk about some of the things he’s taught me? Stuff is really life changing and WILL change the way you think about things
