Take a before picture (must show physique and have a piece of paper with YW on it) 2. Share your progress in the "Fitness Challenge" chat. YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED IF YOU ARE NOT ACTIVELY SHARING YOUR JOURNEY. For example, post you at the gym, going for run, eating etc 3. Show Physique at the end. The best physique transformation wins.
