This will be the beginning of me and my partners bite sized series about unlocking the subconsciousness and transforming yourself mentally. I'm excited for this series and I hope you guys can gather some value.
There are limitations to what you can change in the world around you, but you possess the power to transform yourself. Learn to recognise when you can control something and when you cannot.

Provide yourself with feedback for what you want to improve on and what you did well every day. Assess your habits and make sure they're making you slightly better every day.
2. Mindfulness and Acceptance
Meditate and take time to relax yourself every week. Accept that things are going to happen, and you might not be able to control them, forgive and move on. Meditating every day was a huge game changer for me and I cannot recommend it enough.
Lots of people do meditation incorrectly, let your mind wander, once you notice it's wandering, bring your focus back to your breath, it's a skill learnt over time.
3. Continuous Learning
Always invest in your education and take the time to learn a new skill, sport, read a book etc. Get 1% better every day because consistency compounds
