About: Visualization: How To?
I like this talk a lot. There are so may ways to enjoy yourself, to keep yourself during the breath hold indeed. I sometimes sing a song in my head. Or I very slowly spell names of animals or cities backwards. Or I visualize a funny scene with my dog ... when 'watching' her funny face watching me, asking me to play then I start to smile during my breath hold and I instantly relax. So many scenes we can play in our inner cinema πŸ“½οΈπŸŽ¬

I can learn myself to live with the contractions. But when I can't equalize I have no need for the blue pill anyway. So ... I chose the red pill. πŸ˜‰
Question about The Final Breath: How To?
When doing that final breath in the last 5 seconds before the dive Gert, does it matter if you take your breath through the mouth? Or is it also okay to breath in through the nose? Is there an important difference at that moment?

I've been hyperventilating for decades. Not because I thought that was the right way of breathing, but because I didn't I was doing that and that it was the foundation of many physical and mental problems I experienced. Then I learned how to breath different, better, more relax. And after that I learned to feel my diaphragm. Sure I new I had one, because I learned that at school. But finding out I can feel it and using it felt like a great discovery to me! πŸ˜ƒ So now, while holding my breath I relax my diaphragm (I imaging myself I let it 'flow' down into my belly), and bring my attention to all my body parts to make them 'flow' as well. Well ... that's my intention anyway πŸ˜‰πŸ™
