7 Day Challenge Starts NOW!
I created this challenge as a base challenge for everyone to get some consistency on the three pillars: Athlete, creator, philosopher (Movement, Creativity, Mindset) and then we can build off this fam. There will be 3 winners randomly picked at the end of this challenge. Art, supplements, merch :) The challenge is as follows: โข 40-60mins of movement/exercise daily โข 10min mindset (Reading something educational. Something you can learn/grow from) โข 10mins Solitude (Quiet time no distractions. Just you and you) โข Track days and progress with Notion (See below) The thing that makes this challenge special is what I created for you guys in Notion. There are journal prompts for each day that will help guide the challenge. I REALLY encourage you guys to do the notion part of this challenge. Without it you're only getting 50% of the benefits. My hope is this challenge creates some consistency in your life that will bleed over into all areas. I will be leaving this challenge up for good in this community because I think these are things we should strive to do for life not just 7 days. Lets get it fam!
