Success So Far
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my results using self hypnosis. I’ve been a part of some groups and heard Ryan present on self hypnosis and toxic shame. Using just his free material (the dive to the five worksheet and the self hypnosis audio), I’ve been able to clear some serious bad programs. Two things I had always suffered with has been anxiety due to stress, and the craving for junk food, especially on weekends. Using the dive to the five, I identified the subconscious programs that were at the core of those problems, and then I listened to the audio one time for each program, and I had amazing results. For the junk food craving, my level of craving went down from a 9 to a 2 on weekends, and from a 3 to a 1 on week days. I basically changed my identity to someone who uses clean fuel, and in the time since I first listened to the audio, I went from 180 lbs down to 160 lbs. This was from the beginning of 2023 to now, and I’m 5’ 11” for reference. Also I think it’s related that I basically stopped drinking alcohol, not much of a drinker usually, but I went from 20+ drinks a year to maybe 2 drinks in the past year. For the stress management it’s harder to quantify, but I just feel like my anxiety during stressful times has gone from a 7 to a 1, so now when stressful things happen I feel so much more in control. Now I’m working on identifying even more bad programs and connecting to the feeling they give me, which has been the hardest part for me to get right. Happy to be a part of the group, and excited to see the results other people get! This stuff really works when you figure out how to do it right!

That’s incredible!!
First Hypnotherapy Session
This past Thursday I did my first Hypnotherapy session using the worksheets and the audio. I chose to do it on Self-Doubt with my IT Certification exam that I'll be taking soon. The session was incredibly helpful and after it was finished I felt very lightweight and as If something heavy was taken off my shoulders (it kind of felt like I wasn't in reality anymore lol). When studying, sometimes I felt like I wasn't always doing enough or if I wasn't studying I would feel really guilty for not doing it, even if I studied for several hours during the day. But after my first session I've noticed that I no longer have those thoughts. I've also noticed that I no longer fear failure, which was a big problem when it came to studying. Sometimes when I was Studying, I would have this Anxiety and fear of failing. Now, I no longer have that fear of failure and If I do fail, then it's just another stepping stone for my success rather than something to be afraid of. This audio and worksheet was super helpful and really helped shift my mindset for this exam. I'm confident that I'll do well and even if I do fail, I'll keep trying to take it until I pass 😁

My Favorite Part of the Self-Hypnosis Audio
The part where you go to the place where your younger self most desires to be. The places he has imagined have been so magical, seeing him truly happy and fulfilled. A pattern I’ve noticed is that he is always playing with friends, friends who admire and love him. This is a revelation of something I’ve always yearned for but seldom had, and I still yearn for to this day. What’s all of your’s favorite part of the audio?

@W Ryan Fowler >”Your subconscious believes it real” That’s amazing, I emotionally feel that these events happened. Especially after the self-hypnosis last night my inner core feels a little more complete and fulfilled :)

@Ryan Harrison Maybe it’s a good thing that you’re not hungry for affirmation. It could be that you’re saturating yourself with them lol
I Confronted my Father Today
If you saw my post yesterday, this weekend hasn’t been great with family. Today I made the deduction to confront my dad and set a boundary with him. I told him I was not okay with lashing out at me with anger and if he disrespects me in future I will not put up with it. Expectedly, he didn’t take it well. He pretty justified his behavior by saying he’s teaching me how not to be lazy and careless and he feels that I have bad intentions when I make mistakes. As he was arguing, I stayed calm and I did not let him make me feel less about myself. I stood my ground. I don’t know what the result of this will be but I hope there’s a positive change. Thank you Ryan for the webinar last night; the parts on deflection and projection were very relevant here.

Toxic Shame Be Weird Sometimes
Like there was a single time when I was 8 years old and a kid told me my voice sounded funny. Now at 25 I still have some insecurity about how my voice sounds. Like it’s crazy how an isolated incident can affect you throughout your whole life. Just a humorous observation😛
