First Hypnotherapy Session
This past Thursday I did my first Hypnotherapy session using the worksheets and the audio. I chose to do it on Self-Doubt with my IT Certification exam that I'll be taking soon. The session was incredibly helpful and after it was finished I felt very lightweight and as If something heavy was taken off my shoulders (it kind of felt like I wasn't in reality anymore lol).
When studying, sometimes I felt like I wasn't always doing enough or if I wasn't studying I would feel really guilty for not doing it, even if I studied for several hours during the day. But after my first session I've noticed that I no longer have those thoughts. I've also noticed that I no longer fear failure, which was a big problem when it came to studying. Sometimes when I was Studying, I would have this Anxiety and fear of failing. Now, I no longer have that fear of failure and If I do fail, then it's just another stepping stone for my success rather than something to be afraid of.
This audio and worksheet was super helpful and really helped shift my mindset for this exam. I'm confident that I'll do well and even if I do fail, I'll keep trying to take it until I pass 馃榿
