Feels like Im hiking up mountains to stay on track right now. Any advice to get back on track and stay there ? 🫶🏼🙏🏼

Is it possible to gain weight by too much protein?
So im not new to my fitness journey, but have come way off track with training and nutrition. Ive always been conscious of keeping up my protein. However, since joining the group and working out my marcos on the calculator, and tracking, I have realised I used to eat way more protein per gram (not tracking) then since I joined the group. Initially, I questioned my calculation… but now Im considering the fact that my high protein intake has massively contributed to my weight gain. Is it possible to over eat in protein and put many pounds on? Any advice welcome

Thanks Emily.. I find eating protein really easy, as I have made it a priority.. that and good fats. So now, Im struggling to cut it down as the calculator gives me 119g. Here are my snapshots from MFP

I love cracking open some eggs and mixing in some cottage cheese. Like scrambled eggs but fluffy… and high in good fats and protein 🙌🏼
