Kettlebell alternatives to push-up, planks, and burpees?
I’m trying to figure out alternatives to push-ups, planks, and burpees. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and these are a no-go for me. I can do elevated push-ups and downward facing dog, but any other variation of these aggravates my nerve. Whenever these come up in the Flag Ship program I either skip them or do Halos. I’d like some variety, so I thought I’d ask for some suggestions.

@James Neal That’s really good work!! Amazing that kb exercise isn’t giving you trouble! I would imagine that extension of the neck would give some discomfort. Maybe tucking in your chin to the chest can ease some of the discomfort while doing push-up??

@James Neal ok! Is it possible to work with it and improve that movement without increasing the pain. I’m thinking if you do 5-10 Reps of tucking in the chin. Does the pain decrease after the reps?
Volume Swing Session Sets
Are you increasing the total sets during Volume Swings sessions or the number of repetitions per minute for ten minutes? For example, If your volume swing session is scheduled at 140 swings, are you completing ten swings EMOM for 14 sets? Or are you completing 14 swings EMOM for ten sets?
