Question
How do you plan out content as a creator? Can you give some advice on how to stay organized and prepared to film/edit? Do you write scripts? Do you map out what shots you want to get? What’s your mindset/game-plan going into a filming session, is there anything you specifically do beforehand?

I’ve been naturally skinny my whole life, but I’ve managed to put on a decent amount of muscle mass. I’ve been running with more frequency lately and want to maintain as much muscle as possible as a hybrid athlete, any tips from anybody? What does your workout schedule/routine look like?

Thanks for the value dude! Do you do this before long runs or hard speed workouts? Is there intentionality on choosing when you hit legs (helping minimize fatigue for big run workouts)?
Yesterdays Win
Ran up another mountain (3 miles round trip)--->(ran the flats, declines, and even some hit some steep up-hill running). Did this on fatigued legs. I'm looking into some trail races to do in the next few months, does anybody know of any races ideally 30-50 miles on the west coast?
