We are ready for our book club meeting tomorrow. ❤️ Our unique book club is we have a parent and child team who runs it each month. Details of this month's Book Club meeting are on this link. Book: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets There is no need to read the book in advance but a basic search would help with leaning into the conversation. We had an exciting session last Sunday, focusing on the art of creative writing! The feedback has been fantastic, and we’d love to hear from those who attended. @Dale Jenkins, our fabulous year 4 tutor explored key techniques of "Show, Not Tell." It’s a challenging skill to master, but when your child learns it, their writing truly comes alive. Instead of just telling a story, they’ll be able to paint vivid pictures with their words, making their thoughts and ideas resonate with readers. If your child missed the class, no worries!
