Would love to know if I am wasting my time on skool or not
Hey everyone, I have created a self defence business for females. This is what its all about below: I have free and paid soon (well, this is where im not sure if i am wasting my time or not) Im not sure if my business model could even be scalable online as a subscription based model is hard for my niche. Once they watch the self defence videos and all 4 modules, then what? I dont think they well keep paying to be in the community, they might just want the videos as a one off payment, not sure? I have watched a heap of videos and really feel like im head butting a wall. Maybe i change platforms and dont use Skool as its not for me? Any business people got ideas and could help/offer advice? I feel like im better off opening a gym and being face to face as this cant be online? 🚨 Join the FSD community today for FREE 🚨 I’ve empowered women to discover skills they never knew they had through Jiu Jitsu. 👊🏽 Free Access: Get foundational self-defence tips, basic techniques, and safety advice. 🗓️ Weekly Live Q&A: Book your spot to ask questions and stay updated. 💬 Community Discussions: Share experiences, tips, and support each other. 🎥 Basic Videos: Start with our free instructional videos. 🔥 Special MASTERCLASS: Brianna Bowley on the “Fight, Flight, or Freeze” response! Daily Routine for Skool Owners
When I started my Skool I had no idea how I should be spending my time. What tasks should I do? Where should I focus? So many things to do, but not enough time in the day. It felt overwhelming. But after consuming a lot of Hormozi content I started to develop a daily routine that helped me grow my group to 12,300 members and do a launch that generated $120,000 in 10 days and a consistent $10,000/month in Skool affiliate revenue. // → Part 1: The 3 Hour Rule ← Spend the first 3 work hours of your day on generating traffic. Your time is valuable. If you spend it on the wrong things, it doesn’t matter how hard you work. Block the first 3hrs of your day to the one thing guaranteed to grow your business: letting people know about your group. // → Part 2: The 5-9 Rule (For those that have a 9 - 5 job)← If you have a 9-5 job, follow “The 5-9 Rule" - Work 5am - 9am on getting traffic, before your job starts - Work 5pm - 9pm on getting traffic, after your job finishes // → Part 3: The Rule of 100 ← If you don’t know how to increase traffic, follow “The Rule of 100” 1. Ads: $100 per day 2. Outreach: 100 per day 3. Content: 100 mins creating per day 4. Engagement: 100 comments per day And only pick 1 traffic source. "7 figures is just one avatar, one product, one channel" - Hormozi // → Part 4: Calls and Customers ← Priority 1: Group Management and Customer Success The best way to grow a business is by never losing a customer. If you add 100 new customers a month but lose 99 of them, it will take forever to grow. But if you grow by 10 customers a month, and keep all of them, you will grow 10x faster. That’s why you need to do Customer Success. This applies to a free group and a paid group. Think posts, courses, comments, calls Pro tip - if you treat free members like paying members they'll become paying members. Priority 2: Sales Calls The most powerful metric for business success is the number of Sales Calls booked. Open your calendar to Sales Calls outside of the first 3hrs.

Daily Routine for Skool Owners

@Nate Perry well at the moment it’s a free community, I’m not selling anything. Not that sales make what i do successful but the more people that buy self defence course online and learn then the more people i help = more successful

@Nate Perry well both, I want to have a big impact with what I teach but I’m trying to condense 10 years of martial arts experience into an online course so people can purchase and learn at their own pace, of course it will be paid but i can keep the community free, there will be an option to upgrade to access more exclusive content if that makes sense?
Which kind of skool community do you own?
...so we can make more stuff to help you get the most out of Skool.

When to make the switch? Do you think it’s good to have both options for people to change if they want to unlock videos ect?
How I Book 30 Appointments A Week As An Online COACH
How do I book 7 appointments a week WITHOUT outreach? This is my exact strategy: CONTENT It is really that simple. Just produce more content. The best form of marketing is organic marketing. The best form of organic marketing is literally just PRODUCING CONTENT. Why should you trust me? Well I’ve consistently made over $6,000/month at 15 years old and the sole reason I was able to grow my agency and community was simply because of content. Now, by content, I don’t mean any old content. All of your posts should be a problem solver for your ICP. ICP stands for ‘Ideal Customer Profile’ It basically means, “who is the person you are trying to help” There’s no point of helping SMMA agency owners when your post is about creating youtube videos. For example this post is solving lead problem for ONLINE COACHES who don't want to do outreach.. Literally ALL online coaches hate outreach. (debate in the commets if you love it) That's how you want to think about each one of your posts. If you don't know your ICP's problems and desires you should go back to the drawing board and figure those out before anything else. For example I help skool community owners who struggle with: → Skool community owners who don't have time to commit to inbound systems → Skool community owners who don't even know how inbound works → Skool community owners who struggle to get consistent lead flow → Skool community owners who want quick inbound leads Now that’s the fundamentals covered for content. However… You may be thinking “where do I get infinite content ideas?” Well lucky for you, I got the perfect answer. There’s a few ways you can go about this. 1. LinkedIn If you don’t have LinkedIn, wtf are you doing with your life. Get on linkedin ASAP! Then I want you to connect with experts in your niche, and browse through the content they’re posting. If you see a post that sparks your interest and you know it would help your ICP, then copy-paste that post into a google doc.

@Paul Mc Keown it’s women’s self defence. I know women need to learn self defence Especially in Australia at the moment due to assaults happening randomly. The data suggests this unfortunately

@Mustafa Rasool at the moment it’s just a free community where women can chat and empower each other through experiences they’ve had. I will release an online course (3hrs) that women can work through and learn self defence. The 10 years of experience I have condensed into a course they can learn in 3 hours if they put the work in. It’ll be a subscription based community then to access that with monthly guest speakers that specialise in different areas. They also get access to me and discounts on private sessions, free workshops and access to all content.
